Hilltop's 2008 Camp and Registration Information:

DEAR PARENTS & CAMPERS (go back to menu)

Everyone wants to be a winner! I remember the phrase, "The joy of victory, and the agony of defeat," used by ABC television's program "Wide World of Sports." Jesus showed us how to lead by serving, how to live by dying and how to win by losing. We can experience victory in defeat and joy in agony. In His agony, Jesus knew the joy of dying to save us, and in His defeat he knew he would have victory over sin and death. When we surrender ourselves to God, we are winners. In Romans 8:35, it asks, "Who shall separate us from the love of God? Shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or danger, or sword?" The answer is "No" in verse 37, for "in all things we are more than conquerors through him who LOVED us." How strong is His love for us? Romans 8:38-39 says, "For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord."

The Hilltop summer camp season is approaching quickly. A week at Hilltop is a perfect place to get away from the distractions of this world and focus on your relationship with Jesus. Don’t wait until the last minute to make a decision to go to a week of camp. Set aside time now for your week of camp, and while you’re at it invite a friend to come along with you. Camp has much to offer. At camp you can grow in your personal relationship with the living God, experience quality teaching and worship times, build lifelong friendships and just have good clean fun. Remember, our camp motto is "Where Christ and a great time go together." Won’t you come and spend time with the greatest coach and learn his strategy for victory?

Our 2008 camp theme is "Victory Is Imminent" based on the scriptures Romans 8:35-39 and I Corinthians 15:54-57. Parents, if you know the joy that comes through victory in Christ, make that joy complete by sending your child to camp to learn more about having VICTORY in CHRIST. Come join us and learn how to be a winner in Christ.

Because of Christ,

Eric Carlson, Manager
